We're celebrating 30 years of OrlanTech! The last three decades have been filled with providing the best IT and cybersecurity services to our clients. This has resulted in a 98 CSAT (customer satisfaction) score over the last four months.

During these 30 years, we've provided cybersecurity training to support local organizations’ cybersecurity posture. This Cybersecurity Awareness Month is a good time to set up a training session with us before the year ends!

We’ve enjoyed laughs, get-togethers and so many wonderful memories with our team and clients. Thank you to everyone who's been a part of this time. We can't wait to see what the next 30 years have in store.

In 1995, OrlanTech opened our doors with a mission to provide excellent IT and cybersecurity services to clients all over Florida and beyond. The excellent service we offer is rated by our clients after every ticket is closed. We use a strict scale to keep our team accountable to that goal. We're excited to share that for the last four months, that score's been 98 or better. We're so proud of our team for providing great service to our clients. It's the reason we've been around for so long.

October is Cybersecurity Awareness Month. It's a campaign to remind businesses of any size how important it is to stay cybersecure. One of the best things you can do to increase your organization's cybersecurity posture? Training your team regularly. Once-a-year training (or worse, only during onboarding) is not enough. Break it up into smaller bite-sized chunks and spread it out throughout the year. This keeps it fresh in your team members’ minds.

Another way to keep training interesting is to bring in an expert to train your team on cybersecurity best practices. Our experts can come to your office or provide training remotely. Keith Coker is also available for cybersecurity workshops with your team or as a speaker for conferences or events.

We’re thrilled to announce our CEO Keith Coker has been named a finalist in the MSP Titans of the Industry Awards for the Southeast. The nominees were chosen based on their ability to adapt to their region’s unique trends, needs and challenges. MSPs chosen for this category have demonstrated local expertise, delivered tailored solutions and become leaders in their markets. Finalists set the standard for excellence while they work to strengthen their local business communities. It’s humbling to be nominated. The winner will be announced on December 10. Stay tuned! .

As of October 14, 2025, devices running Windows 10 no longer receive any updates, including security updates. This means your business or others using this operating system could experience major cybersecurity issues.

Vulnerabilities in the operating system will likely still exist and won’t be fixed. This gives cybercriminals time to find and exploit them and gain access to your company’s sensitive data.

As Windows 10 phases out, we expect an increase in cyber threats like ransomware, data breaches, malware and more. If you don’t make the switch to Windows 11 or pay for protection, you could even face losing your compliance status.
